Residential Hybrid Appraisal Reports
Our residential Hybrid Appraisals provide a detailed overview of the building and property utilizing data from the local market and similar residential properties. These hybrid appraisals are signed off by certified appraisers, are USPAP compliant and adhere to FIRREA, HMDA and Interagency Guidelines (IAG), making them an asset for legal and lending purposes.
Site Inspection Options
Our residential evaluations and hybrid appraisals are customizable with a variety of site inspection options.

Our team will utilize online imagery to develop the report. This selection can also be chosen if you, the customer, would like to provide the inspection at the time of placing your order.

An exterior inspection provides photos of the subject from the public roadway. Also commonly referred to as a “drive-by” inspection.

An interior inspection, commonly referred to as a “full inspection”, provides interior and exterior photos of the property. (This inspection type requires a site contact to be provided for scheduling purposes.)

A floorplan is an interior and exterior inspection of a property which also includes a digitally constructed floorplan of the property. The floorplan includes a digital layout of the property as well as the gross square footage of the property.
New Construction
Building a new home? Accurately evaluating residential properties under construction can be challenging due to many unknown factors. Our valuations look at comparable sales of similar properties and other key factors to provide the best estimate of the property’s completed value.

This full evaluation is performed “as complete” during pending construction. The report will include an estimated completed market value and additional details about the research process, resources, and data used.

This USPAP-compliant hybrid appraisal report is performed “as complete” of pending construction. The report, dissertation, and adjustments are completed by a certified appraiser and supplemented by on-site inspection and photos. The document will include the estimated post-construction real estate value.
